Limited Warranty – EU Region
This Limited Warranty applies to products sold by MYVITA PRO EU Kft. within the European Union (EU). We are committed to ensuring the highest quality of our products and customer satisfaction.
Warranty Coverage
MYVITA PRO EU Kft. (“MYVITA PRO”) warrants to the original purchaser that the Vita Pro Smart Bottle (the “Product”) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery (the “Warranty Period”).
This warranty applies only to purchases made directly from MYVITA PRO or an authorized reseller within the European Union.
Remedies
If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received by MYVITA PRO within the Warranty Period, we will, at our discretion:
1️⃣ Repair the Product free of charge using new or refurbished replacement parts.
2️⃣ Exchange the Product with a new or refurbished unit.
3️⃣ Refund the original purchase price if MYVITA PRO determines that repair or replacement is not reasonable.
✅ Shipping costs for warranty claims: MYVITA PRO will cover return shipping fees within the EU region.
✅ Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To request warranty service:
1️⃣ Contact our support team at support@myvita.pro to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
2️⃣ Pack the Product in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
3️⃣ Ship the Product to the address provided by MYVITA PRO support team.
4️⃣ Once the Product is received and the claim is validated, we will repair, replace, or refund according to our warranty terms.
✅ Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all warranty claims.
🚫 Products returned without an RMA or a valid warranty claim may be rejected or returned at the sender’s expense.
Warranty Exclusions & Limitations
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
🚫 Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or outside the EU.
🚫 Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidental damage (e.g., drops, impacts).
🚫 Damage caused by misuse, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or improper handling.
🚫 Damage caused by external factors such as fire, floods, power surges, or improper voltage.
🚫 Consumables such as batteries, unless the failure was due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
🚫 Software, mobile applications, or services associated with the Product.
💡 Tampered, modified, or altered products are not eligible for warranty service.
Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYVITA PRO shall not be liable for:
🔹 Incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data.
🔹 Losses due to product misuse or operation beyond its intended use.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to all users.
Governing Law
This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
National Statutory Rights
This Limited Warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable national laws, including EU regulations such as Directive 99/44/EC on consumer goods.
