THESE BULK ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS (“BULK TERMS”) GOVERN THE PURCHASING OF ANY Vita Pro Smart Bottle (“Product”) IN BULK FROM MYVITA PRO EU Kft. (“MYVITA PRO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) VIA THE WEBSITE LOCATED AT: myvita.pro (“SITE”). PLEASE READ THESE BULK TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE. THESE BULK TERMS APPLY TO YOUR BULK PURCHASES OF PRODUCTS MADE THROUGH THE SITE.

Please read our Terms of Service. The Terms of Service govern your rights and obligations related to your purchase, access to, and use of the Site, and all terms in the Terms of Service apply with respect to bulk purchases, including, without limitation, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution provisions. In the event of any conflict between these Bulk Terms and the Terms of Service, these Bulk Terms will apply, but solely with respect to any bulk purchase made via the Site.

Bulk Purchases

Application
To purchase Vita Pro Smart Bottles in bulk, you must submit an application via the Site. During this process, you will provide details about yourself and/or your business. You agree that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. MYVITA PRO reserves the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion.

Once approved, you will gain access to our bulk order system. All bulk purchases are subject to review and may be rejected or canceled at any time at our sole discretion. All sales are final and non-refundable.

If required, you may need to set up a username and password for your account. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

General Requirements and Restrictions

✔ If purchasing on behalf of a company, the company must be legally registered and in good standing in its country of operation.
✔ Bulk orders are strictly for personal use (e.g., events, corporate gifts) or for redistribution to employees or clients.
✔ MYVITA PRO reserves the right to deactivate accounts violating these terms.

Pricing

📌 Bulk orders require a minimum purchase of 12 units.
📌 Prices are subject to change and may be confirmed only at the time of purchase.
📌 Shipping, handling, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
📌 Promotions do not apply to bulk or wholesale orders.

Payment

✔ Full pre-payment by credit card is required.
✔ Wire transfers may be accepted for large orders.
✔ Processing time: 5-7 business days, but may vary.
✔ All sales are final – no refunds or order modifications after submission.

Shipping

✔ We currently ship bulk orders within the European Union only.
✔ Orders are shipped via our designated carrier.
✔ Customers are responsible for filing claims if goods are damaged in transit.
✔ Special shipping instructions must be provided at checkout.

Custom Orders

You may request custom branding on Vita Pro Smart Bottles. MYVITA PRO reserves the right to approve or deny customization. Requests must be sent to support@myvita.pro.

✔ No changes can be made once an order is submitted.
✔ Customized items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
✔ Due to screen settings and digital printing, final product colors may differ from digital mock-ups.
✔ UV-printed designs are durable but hand-wash only to prevent fading or peeling.

Non-Competition

You agree not to manufacture, distribute, or sell any hydration product that competes with Vita Pro Smart Bottles while purchasing from MYVITA PRO. Reselling our products through unauthorized channels is strictly prohibited.

False Association

✔ You may not use our products in a way that implies an official partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by MYVITA PRO without explicit written permission.

Purpose for Use

✔ You confirm that the purpose of your bulk order is accurately stated in your application.
✔ Reselling products through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or unauthorized retailers is strictly prohibited.
✔ Products may only be distributed to end-consumers and not to other resellers or wholesalers.
