At Vita Pro, we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you experience any issues with your bottle or wish to return it, please review our policy below.
Warranty
We are confident in the performance of our Vita Pro Smart Bottles. If your bottle isn’t working as promised, please contact support@myvita.pro. Our team will work with you to troubleshoot, replace, or accept a return free of charge within the first 90 days of receiving your Vita Pro bottle. Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return your Vita Pro Smart Bottle, please follow these guidelines:
Return Request: You must email support@myvita.pro within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Return Shipping: Return shipping is free within the European Union, provided that:
✅ You use the pre-paid return label provided by the Vita Pro support team.
✅ The product is returned from an address within the EU region.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
✅ The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories.
✅ The product must be in a donatable condition (clean, undamaged, and functional).
✅ Returns are only accepted from addresses within the European Union.
✅ If a product is returned from an initial order, the same customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional 30-day trials on future purchases of that particular product.
